Driver licence (EULA)

This licence agreement applies to every control driver for RTI processors that Newron Sp. z o.o. ("licensor") distributes under the AVRELAY name, and to the licence keys, sample projects, graphics and guides that come with it ("the driver"). By installing the driver or entering a licence key you accept it.

1. Licence grant

• With a licence key you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the driver on one RTI processor — the one whose MAC address the key is bound to.
• A perpetual licence has no time limit. A subscription licence is valid until the date and for the number of rooms carried by its subscription code; it is renewed by buying a new code for the same processor.
• Without a key the driver runs in trial mode for 2 hours after each processor start. The trial is for evaluation; production use requires a licence.

2. Use in client projects

Integrators may install the driver, with a licence for each processor, in installations they build for their clients, and hand the sample project and graphics over as part of such an installation.

3. What is not allowed

• Using one key on more than one processor, or sharing keys outside the installation they were bought for.
• Distributing, selling or publishing the driver, its package or keys outside the installations described in section 2.
• Removing or working around the licence check, or decompiling and reverse engineering the driver, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Updates and replacement processors

• Updates within the same major version are free for licensed processors and can be downloaded from My drivers.
• If a licensed processor fails and is replaced, write to przemek@systemav.pl with the order number and both MAC addresses; we will issue a key for the replacement processor.

5. Trademarks

RTI, Integration Designer, Microsoft 365, WyreStorm and other names are trademarks of their owners. The licensor is not affiliated with them, and the driver is not an official product of those companies.

6. Warranty and liability

The driver is provided as is, on the terms of the terms of sale. The licensor's liability is limited as set out there; mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Termination

The licence ends automatically if its terms are breached. After termination the driver and the keys must no longer be used.
