Terms of sale
Last updated 2026-10-24
These terms govern the sale of driver licences in the AVRELAY online store at https://avrelay.eu. Please read them before you buy. By paying for an order you accept these terms and the driver licence (EULA).
1. Seller
The seller is Newron Sp. z o.o., ul. ks. Szramka 13, 42-700 Lubliniec, Poland, NIP (VAT ID) [to be completed], KRS [to be completed] ("we"). You can reach us at przemek@systemav.pl.
2. What we sell
- Licences for control drivers for RTI processors ("drivers"). A licence is digital content: a licence key bound to one processor, delivered by e-mail and on the order page, together with the full driver package.
- Hardware shown on the site is not sold here. It is sold by our distributors under their own terms; the product pages link to them.
- The free download of a driver runs in trial mode (2 hours per processor start) so you can test it before buying.
3. Ordering
- You do not need an account. You enter the processor MAC address, your e-mail address and your billing details in the buy form on the driver's page, give the consent described in section 6 and continue to the secure payment page.
- The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. We confirm the order by e-mail and send the order page link.
- Check the MAC address before you pay: the key works only on the processor with that MAC address.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euro (EUR) and exclude VAT. The VAT due is calculated on the payment page from your country and, for businesses, your VAT ID; the total you pay is shown before you confirm.
- Payments are processed by Stripe (card and the other methods Stripe offers on the payment page). We never see your full card details.
- We send the invoice by e-mail within 3 working days of the payment.
5. Delivery
- The licence key is signed after the payment is confirmed and delivered by e-mail and on the order page, usually within minutes and at the latest within one working day.
- The full package is available from the order page and from My drivers for 30 days or 10 downloads; a fresh link can be requested in My drivers at any time.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
- If you are a consumer, or a sole trader buying for a purpose not of a professional nature for you (art. 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), you may normally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
- For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium this right expires once delivery has begun, if you gave your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). The buy form asks for exactly this consent before payment; the time of your consent is stored with the order, and the payment confirmation e-mail repeats your consent, its time and links to these terms.
- If you withdraw before delivery has begun, write to przemek@systemav.pl; we refund the payment within 14 days, using the same payment method.
7. Complaints
- If a licence does not work as described, write to przemek@systemav.pl with the order number, the processor MAC address and a short description. We answer complaints within 14 days.
- For consumers the statutory rules on the conformity of digital content apply: we will bring the licence into conformity (for example by issuing a new key) or, if that is not possible, reduce the price or refund it.
- For business buyers the statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) is excluded to the extent permitted by law, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it. This does not limit liability for damage caused intentionally.
8. Personal data
We process the data you give us to perform the contract. Details are in the privacy policy.
9. Disputes and governing law
- These terms and the contracts concluded under them are governed by Polish law. For consumers this does not remove the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
- Disputes with business buyers are settled by the court competent for the seller's registered office.
- Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
10. Changes
We may change these terms for the future. An order is always governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
